Costa Rica must have some really stupid ex pats. By not getting vacinated they are putting their lives in danger. And if they do catch covid after they flee to another Central American country they will be dealing with a dangerous disease in country with a lessor health care system. I hope Costa Rica deports every ex Pat who does not get vacinated and bans those ex pats permanentmy...
