How very neo liberal is your thinking. You think we should go to War with Russia, China and others. This is the same type of thinking that got America into Iraq. Western Europe should be praised for not warring with itself for so long. You seem to think this is a mark of being lazy. The West is not doomed to pay protection money to Russia or China as America has a far greater military than both countries put together.
