I was single until my late 30s it was miserable.. Most of my friends were single then they were miserable... Now I am not single and most of those friends are not single.. I don't see them that much but when I do they are much happier... Busier with kids and all but happier... You are trying to sell a lonely lifestyle that creates a lot of misery...
If your honest with yourself you will admit that... Oh and there are and have been happy glamorous single people on TV all the time.. Sam Malone on Cheers, Joey on Friends, Charlie on Two & a Half Men, and Hawkeye Pierce on MASH are just some that come to mind...
