My guess is we will launch robots at a planet and have them make it livable. And then launch frozen human Sprouts. Who will be born on the new planet and be raised by the robots and holograms. This will not be a capitalist endeavor it will be produced by the government and perhaps religious organizations. (be fruitful and multiple)
This won’t happen for a while because we have neither the technology nor the economic means. But I think it will happen quicker than expected... Probably in the next 500 years or so.
