So glad you wrote this..so true what you are saying.... Americans should be giving thanks everyday regardless of if the Democrats or GOP are in power. I would also point out that the Phillippines is auctualy trending in the right direction. They have had growth rates of 6% and while their political system is far worse than America at least they have demacracy that has funtioned and persisted. Compare this to China which has no demacracy what so ever or Syria which has a civil war which is just winding and a horrible dictator for a leader.
